城镇化加速发展背景下江苏农业现代化的动力机制

Dynamic mechanism of agricultural modernization in Jiangsu province in the context of accelerated urbanization

以江苏城镇化加速发展为背景,以江苏率先实现农业现代化为目标,运用数据分析和文献调研的方法,从城镇化加速发展对江苏农业现代化的正、负效应两个方面探讨城镇化对农业现代化的影响,从稳定增加财政投入,引导鼓励社会资本的"投入推动型"和引导居民消费优质安全农产品,加大对农业加工业提升力度,发展休闲观光农业的"需求拉动型"两种类型阐述城镇化加速发展背景下江苏农业现代化动力机制。

To take the lead in achieving agricultural modernization in Jiangsu province, the effects of accelerated ur-banization on agriculture modernization from both positive and negative sides were studied by data and document analyses. The dynamic mechanisms of Jiangsu agricultural modernization were presented as investment-driven pattern and demand-driven pattern. Based on the analyses, the following suggestions for facilitating Jiangsu agricultural modernization were put forward, such as increasing government financial investment, guiding and encouraging social capital investment, guiding and improving residents＇; consumption concept on high quality and safe agricultural products, developing farming industry to increase the added-value of agriculture products, and developing leisure agriculture to expand the service function of agri-culture.
