The Impact of Justice Examination on Reform of Legal Education

法学教育改革是近来备受公众关注的热点问题，作为连接法律职业和法学教育桥梁的司法考试，必将对法学教育产生广泛而深远的影响。在教育理念上，要把法学实践与法学理论并重；在教学内容上，应加强司法解释、司法道德规范的讲授，注意基础科目的设置；在教学方法上，采用案例教学、诊所式教学等现代化教学模式，进行日常的解题训练；在考核方式上，力求贴近司法考试。

Reform of legal education is a hot topic, which has caused much attention of the public these days. Being the ＂bridge＂ that connects legal vocation and legal education, justice examination must influence legal educa- tion widely and meaningfully. We should pay attention to legal practice and theory together in teaching idea. We should make use of the anxiliary function of justice explanation and strengthen the cultivating of justice morality about teaching content. Besides, it is important to arrange basic subjects well. When it comes to teaching tech- nique, adopting case and clinic teaching model for usual examination training should be promoted. Finally, the way of assessment should be consistent with justice examination mostly.
