The water level in the steam drum of converter plays an important role in converter steelmaking. But due to the effect of converter steelmaking process, the water level of steam drum would greatly fluctuate during smelting operation, causing major safety risks to the operation. A three-impulse regulation system was introduced. When three-impulse regula-tion system cannot be used the delaying and timing water feed mode can be adopted.
