摘要
运用Eshelby等效夹杂原理和Mori-Tanaka方法,从细观力学的角度研究炭纤维水泥砂浆复合材料(CFRM)的力学性能,推导出CFRM力学参数表达式。根据CFRM中炭纤维和水泥砂浆的弹性模量和泊松比,分别计算得到炭纤维体积分数为0.3%、0.6%、0.9%时CFRM的力学性能参数值。同时通过实验测得不同炭纤维配比条件下的CFRM力学性能参数值。理论计算与实测的结果对比表明,Mori-Tanaka方法适用于炭纤维含量较低的CFRM复合材料力学性能研究,当炭纤维含量增大时,炭纤维在水泥砂浆中的分布不均匀导致计算结果与实测结果的误差增大。
Using the Eshebly equivalent inclusion principle and the Mori-Tanaka method ,we studied the mechanical properties of carbon fiber cement mortar (CFRM ) from the perspective of mesoscopic mechanics and deduced the mechanical parameter expression of CFRM .Then ,based on the mechani-cal parameters (elasticity modulus and Poisson’s ratio) of carbon fiber and cement mortar ,we calcu lated the different mechanical parameters of CFRM w hen the volume percentage of carbon fiber is 0 .3% ,0 .6% and 0 .9% respectively .Meanwhile ,we measured the stress-strain relationship of differ-ent CFRM blocks through experiment .The results show that the Mori-Tanaka method can be used to study the mechanical properties of the CFRM of low-content carbon fiber ;however ,with the increase in the carbon fiber volume percentage ,the error between theoretical and experimental results also in-creases due to the uneven distribution of carbon fiber in cement mortar .
