校训文化:培育大学生核心价值观的精神宝藏

Motto Culture:Spiritual Treasure for Cultivating College Students' Core Values

我国大学校训中蕴含的三种经典理念与社会主义核心价值观的三个层面互通共融、高度契合,具有内在的一致性。校训教育和校训践行是校训文化的重要组成部分与表现方式,同时也是培育大学生核心价值观的重要方面。学校要广泛开展校训教育活动,使大学校训"亮起来"、"动起来"、"活起来"、"新起来",成为培育大学生核心价值观的重要载体。学校领导要成为践行校训的推动者,大学教师要成为践行校训的引领者,大学生要成为践行校训的主体力量。

The three kinds of classic concepts implied in our colleges ’ mottos are highly integrated and coincided with the three levels of socialist core values ,which is in-ternally consistent. As an important part and manifestation mode of motto culture ,the col-lege motto education and practice are also of high importance to the cultivation of college students’ core values. Extensive motto education activities should be carried out to make college mottos more dynamic,vibrant and fresh because college mottos are important carri-ers of college students’ core values. College leaders should be the agents of motto prac-tice. College teachers should be the leaders of motto practice. College students should be the main forces of motto practice.
