摘要
针对大型燃气—蒸汽联合循环发电机组运行、维护、检修等方面出现的技术问题,从单轴燃机—汽机转子系统振动故障、联合循环汽轮机快速启动方法、燃气轮机热部件维护维修策略、燃气轮机IGV(进口导流叶排)控制及温控线优化技术等4个方面综述其研究现状,分析目前的研究热点;同时还指出存在的主要问题,提出进一步的研究方向。
Aiming at technical problems in operation, maintenance and overhaul of large gas-steam combined cycle generating units, this paper summarizes research status and analyzes current research focus from four aspects, namely vibration fault in single-shaft gas turbine and steam turbine rotor system, quick start method of combined cycle steam turbine, maintenance and overhaul strategy of thermal parts in gas turbine, optimiza-tion technology of IGV control and temperature control line in gas turbine. Meanwhile, the paper points out major problems and puts forward further investigation direction.
