摘要
本研究以四川成都、绵阳、乐山等19所特殊学校的233名教师为被试,采用问卷调查法,考察了特教教师总体幸福感及其与职业倦怠、心理健康的关系。结果发现,特教教师总体幸福感、职业倦怠、心理健康水平均处于中等水平;总体幸福感与职业倦怠、心理健康存在显著负向影响;心理健康在职业倦怠和总体幸福感之间具有部分中介作用。
The paper tries to explore the relationships among general well-being, job burnout and mental health of special educationteachers, by using a questionnaire to survey 233 teachers from special education schools. The results show the following: the special educationteachers all demonstrate a moderate level of general well-being, general well-being, job burnout; there is a significantly negative effectamong general well-being, job burnout and mental health of special education teachers; the depression, interpersonal sensitivity, obsessivecompulsiveand hostility in general well-being serve partially meduim has moderating effect between job burnout and mental health.
