The Exploration and Innovation of the Talents Development and Cooperation Mechanism in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region

京津冀区域正处于区域发展和人才开发的重要时期,推进京津冀人才开发合作已成为优化配置人才资源和区域协调发展的重要保证。京津冀在经济发展水平和人才结构上存在差异,人才开发合作也存在着诸多问题。为此,需要建立区域统一的人才开发合作机制,即确立统筹协调的人才发展规划、共享互补的人才开发路径、开放互通的人才服务体系、互惠补偿的人才合作机制、协同优化的人才发展环境。

It’s an important era on region development and talents development for Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region.Remotion of talents development and cooperation is important guarantee to talents optimization and coordination.It’s different in the structure of talents and economic development,and some problems exist in the cooperation process.Therefore,we should establish united talents development and coopera-tion mechanism in this region,that is to establish coordinate talents development plan,sharing and com-plementary talents development channel,open and connected talents service system,reciprocal and com-pensational talents cooperation mechanism and collaborative talents environment.
