This paper mainly tells the filling construction about a special anti-corrosive grease ofunbounded and prestressed concrete in the tie bar anchorage zone anti-corrosion project of Qing-chuanBridge, and describes in detail the performance of the special anti-corrosive grease of unbonded andprestressed concrete, the usage of a special coating machine and the method of design and installationabout the sealing device at the front and the filling device at the back of the embedded steel tube in thetie bar anchorage zone, and analyzes the deviation between the theoretical calculating value and theactual data record of the quantity of oil injection calculation in system.The successful application of anticorrosivegrease and implementation of filling construction will provide valuable experience for similarproject in future.
