摘要
塔河油田集输管道腐蚀失效基本全因管道内壁点蚀腐蚀造成穿孔,常规外防腐层管中电流法PCM检测并不适用。2012年起,油田现场通过高程检测、规律分析等方式预测易腐蚀管段,再用现场漏磁或C扫描检测内腐蚀,通过一定量的内腐蚀检测数据对管道剩余强度及寿命预测,进而提前安排管道治理方式和时机,将腐蚀失效造成的损失降至最低。
