The paper aims at the constitutional elements and the functions of financial centres in terms of the basic theories of finance and enconomy development . It puts forward a standardization theory for financial centres and then,in view of the real situation of chongqing ,an aim model and countermeasures for developing cbongqingt s financial enterprises.
