摘要
本文首先对我国目前英语教学状况作出总体评价，然后从八个方面对如何提高我国总体英语教学水平提出具体建议．
This paper first gives a general comment on the recent conditions of English teaching and learning in our conntry,then puts forward concrete suggestions from eight aspects as to how to heighten the English level in our country.
