系统视角下东西部知识经济发展差异比较

A Comparative Study on the Differences of Knowledge Economy between Eastern and Western China from the View of System Theory

本文在知识经济系统下,通过建立基于要素-结构-环境-功能的知识经济系统测度模型,运用熵值法综合评价东西部23个省区的知识经济系统各部分发展状况,利用泰尔系数分析了东西部知识经济系统各部分的差异情况,认为知识经济发展结构及环境差异是影响知识经济发展功能差异的主要方面,需要通过政策、投资和管理等方面的措施来降低东西部知识经济发展功能方面的区域差异。

By the view of System Theory, a measure model of knowledge economy system is built based on elements - structure - environment - function. With the method of entropy, the paper comprehensively evaluates the knowledge economy system in the eastern and western 23 provinces, and analyzes differences of the eastern and western knowledge e- conomy system with Theil coefficient, finding that the structural and environmental differences of knowledge economy are the major factors that affect the functional difference of knowledge economy. Therefore, measures such as policies, investment and management are put forward to reduce regional functional differences of the knowledge economy in the easteru and western regions.
