摘要
从世界范围来看,普职沟通是各国高中阶段教育改革的主流趋势。各国为推进高中普职沟通,一般采取了以下关键举措:以政策为先导,力促普职教育的基本等值;以评价为突破口,确保普职沟通的有效落实;以课程为切入点,搭建普职教育的沟通桥梁;以区域统筹为着力点,推动普职教育资源的合作共享。借鉴国外改革经验,我国高中普职沟通需要从政策安排,区域统筹、课程整合以及制度改革等多个层面来整体考虑、分步实施、系统推进。
From a global perspective, it is a main trend that the senior high school education reform of countries will be characterized by the integrating general and vocational education. In order to promote the unification, countries usually took the following actions: policy for the pilot to make general and vocational education basically being in equivalent stares, evaluation as a breakthrough to make sure that the unification is put into practice successfully, curriculum as a starting point to build the communication bridge between general and vocational education, and regional co-ordination as an impetus to promote the resources are sharing between general and vocational education and cooperation with each other. Taking lessons from foreign experience, the integrating general and vocational education in China need overall consideration, implementation by step to advance systematically from multiple levels of policy arrangement, regional overall planning, curriculum integration, system reform and so on.
