智慧旅游公共服务平台评价研究——以江苏省为例 被引量:11

摘要 从全国范围来看,各地政府都在加速推动智慧旅游公共服务的建设,但到目前为止,国内针对智慧旅游公共服务能力评价体系的研究尚不多见。通过有效、准确的评价方法和合理的评价指标对公共服务平台绩效进行科学的综合评价,提出由服务能力、服务内容、管理水平和服务效果四个方面构成的智慧旅游公共服务平台绩效评价体系,并对江苏省旅游信息平台进行绩效评价,结果表明:江苏省旅游信息平台综合评价中,服务内容和服务效果得分较低,与实际情况较为吻合,需重点完善平台服务内容,以提升服务效果。 Local governments around China are promoting public service construction for smart tourism, but very rare research has been found on the evaluation systems of public service for smart tourism in China. To evaluate the public service platform scientifically by effective and accurate methods, this paper proposes a performance evaluation system consisting of four aspects of service capabilities, service contents, management levels and service effects, and applies it to the evaluation of the performance of Jiangsu Provincial Tourism Information Platform. The results showed that the service contents and service effects have lower scores, which is consistent with the reality. The paper further suggests the platform service content need to be improved for an enhanced service effect.
