摘要
郭沫若的屈原研究是用社会学方法研究楚辞的一次比较成功的实践,具有宏阔的视野与充满实在内容的历史分析。郭沫若对于屈原否定论的批驳,对于王国维南北学派差异的新的阐述,对于屈原思想的分析与心理的描述,都具有总结性。而对于屈原所处的时代、他的思想、他的文学成就的意义,又都作了超越前人的深化的论述。虽然从"五四"文学革命的角度来体认屈原,有一定的主观化、简单化的缺点,有一些论述根据也不足,同时屈原的形象又再一次被一种新的意识与现实需要所重新塑造,但较之以前的楚辞学研究,仍然让人感到一种扑面而来的新鲜气息。
Guo Moruo' s study of Qu Yuan is a successful example applying sociological approach in the research of Songs of Chu, which possesses historical analysis with wide horizon and concrete contents. Guo' s refuting the negation of Qu Yuan, his new elaboration of the differences of the north and south Wang Guowei schools, his analysis and description of Qu Yuan' s thinking and psychology are summarizations, while his expounding of Qu Yuan's time, ideology and literary achievement is deepened study. Although flaws exist as Guo compared Qu Yuan' s songs to the "May 4th" Literary Movement, resulting in subjective and simplified conclusions and ungrounded arguments, and that Qu Yuan' s image had been recreated serving a new ideology and practical needs, Guo' s study is refreshingly new compared with other earlier research of the Songs of Chu.
