The political rationality, economic rationality and ecological rationality of ecological education system will consist of practical base of the multiple educational system reform. In the premise of comparing the cost and the benefits of the reform and balancing the many sided political interests, the article proposes that in order to achieve the alignment between the education system at universities and the spirit of the time, we should perfect the ecological education regulations, improve the management mechanism of the administration and teaching, create social education system, and explore the ecological reform of financing channels.
