社会的公共品供给向来是伦理学、经济学、政治学等学科领域的难解之题。近年来,"小悦悦事件"等典型地反映出当前我国社会伦理生态大环境中的公共品难题。在关涉公共伦理领域中"真"、"善"、"美"的各个价值层面,都以引起极大关注的典型事件呈现出"公地悲剧"的蔓延态势。当前我们需要从维护伦理正义的制度治理,综合运用多种社会治理手段,树立美德个案的典型治理等方面拓展有效伦理治理的思路。

The supply of social public goods as a dilemma usually involves every domain-ethics,economic,political,and so on.Lately,a typical case such as＂little Yue-Yue Event＂expressed the moral crisis in social conditions as well as the problem of public goods. These typical cases show the spreading crisis of public morality to be concerned with every dimension of various values covering the domain of true,good and beauty. Currently,we should discover the operative ways to put the rule of Morality within Solving＂Tragedy of the Commons＂into effect with the institute devising to sticking up for ethical justice,performing the methods of social administration,and applying a typical virtue character in the course of moral education.
