中国大豆进口定价困境与策略研究

China's Soybean Imports Pricing Dilemma and Strategy

大豆进口定价困境困扰中国近20年,严重损害了中国大豆进口贸易的利益。在综述多位学者研究成果的基础上,分析中国大豆进口定价方式和价格波动情况及大豆产业中的跨国垄断势力,指出跨国粮商即中间贸易商主要通过控制大豆产业链来影响国际大豆价格变化,对中国大豆生产和贸易造成严重冲击。中国必须从国家政策层面,建立进口大豆生产与进口信息发布中心,增加国内大豆生产,弥补大豆供需平衡,加大南美大豆市场货源竞争直接投资力度,建立增进中国进口大豆整体议价能力的联合采购机制。

China has suffered from the soybean import pricing dilemma for nearly two decades, which was severely hannfial to the soybean import trade benefit. Based on reviewing the research achievement of some scholars, this paper analyses China＇s soybean import pricing method, price fluctuation and the transitional monopoly power, points out that the intermediate traders interfere the international soybean price by controlling the soybean industry chain, which made a great impact on China＇s soy- bean production and trade. From national policy level, China must establish the imported soybean production and information center, increase the domestic soybean production, make up the balance between supply and demand, enlarge the direct invest- ment strength to South America soybean market, and build joint procurement mechanism to enhance the whole bargain ability for imported soybean.
