摘要
主要使用定性研究和定量研究相结合的方法,探讨国有企业组织文化的结构。在定性研究上主要采用深度访谈、开放性问卷调查等方法,在定量研究上主要采用探索性因素分析、验证性因素分析等方法进行数据处理。通过自编问卷得到由10个因子组成的国有企业组织文化结构,并据此为国有企业改革提出相关政策建议。
This study are to use the quantitative research and qualitative research to investigate the structure of organization- al culture. Some standard methods, such as in-depth interview, opening questionnaire etc, are used in quantitative research. This paper analyses the data by exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis. After factor analysis, structure of organiza- tional culture which showed 10 factors is obtained and the relevant suggestions are provided.
