摘要
教学研究具有自身独有的特点,它应当融入大学教师日常教学活动的全过程之中,成为大学教师的一种专业自觉、专业生存智慧和专业生活方式。从这个意义上可以这样来解读大学教师的教学研究:备课是一种决策性、策略性研究;上课是一种临床性、实验性研究;教后记是一种反思性、经验性研究;听评课是一种比较性、诊断性研究;读书是一种创生性、能力性研究。
Compared to scientific research, teaching research has its own unique characteristic, and it should be the whole process into the teachers' daily teaching work, to become a professional consciousness, professional survival wisdom and professional life. The teaching research of teachers in this sense, preparing lessons should be a kind of decision-making, strategy research; attending class should be a kind of clinical, experimental study; teaching postscript should be a kind of reflective, empirical study; class evaluation should be a kind of comparison, diagnostic study~ reading should be a kind of creation, ability study.
