旧市民电影:1930年代初期行将没落的中国主流电影特征——无声片《银幕艳史》(1931)简析

旧市民电影是20世纪30年代初期以左翼电影为代表的新电影出现之前中国电影主流的唯一代表,其文化传统性、道德教化性、低端娱乐性以及社会批判立场的保守性等方面的特征和体现,使得它在成为鸳鸯蝴蝶派文学电子影像版的同时,又是后来一切新电影形态生发和各自前行的基础。前两年才向民众公映的《银幕艳史》再一次证明,明星影片公司1931年出品的这部无声片是旧市民电影行列中的又一个新证据。

The old townspeople film in the early 1930s is the only representative of the Chinese mainstream film before the ap-pearance of the new film, marked by the left-wing films.Its characteristics of culture tradition, moral education, low-end enter-tainment and conservative social critical position, and etc.enable it on the one hand to become the electronic image version of the literature of“Mandarin Duck and Butterfly School”, on the other hand, lay a solid foundation for the formation and develop-ment of all new film styles.“Adventure of An Amorous Film-Star”, released in 1931 by Mingxing Film Company and open to the public a couple of years ago, proved to be a new evidence of being an old townspeople film.
