城镇化:概念、目标、挑战与路径

Town-based Urbanization:Concept,Target,Challenge and Path

改革开放以来,我国城镇化快速发展,但在发展过程中仍然面临许多问题:如关于"城镇化"与"城市化"一直存在表述上的混用;概念模糊不清;对城镇化的未来发展目标模式以及可能遇到的挑战缺乏明确清晰的认识。文章在全面梳理城市化和城镇化概念的基础上,对概念内涵进行深入的剖析;并在此基础上提出城市化发展的目标定位。城镇化面临着"半城市化"、粮食安全问题、社会矛盾激化、生态环境持续恶化等一系列挑战;需通过转型城镇化、绿色城镇化、民生城镇化、健康城镇化、稳定城镇化和幸福城镇化等目标路径推进城镇化的有序健康发展。

Based on reviewing the concept of city-based urbanization and town-based urbanization,this paper deeply analyzes the connotation of the concept and brings forth the urbanization development target.Urbanization is facing a series of challenges,such as peri-urbanization,food security,social conflicts intensified,the ecological environment worsening.We need to promote development of the urbanization through the target path of transformation urbanization,green urbanization,livelihood urbanization,stability urbanization and happiness urbanization.
