重拾哈耶克的思想遗产——评韦森新著《重读哈耶克》

1990年代以来,国内译介引进了哈耶克大量著作,掀起哈耶克热。然而这些作品大多是哈耶克1944年以后的作品,集中体现了哈耶克后期对自由社会中的政治、法律、道德和政府的政治哲学思考,而早期哈耶克的经济学纯理论研究则较少涉及。韦森教授的新著则把一个完整的哈耶克介绍给国内读者,既重新梳理了哈耶克的政治哲学思想,又特别把哈耶克早期关于货币、信用与经济周期的经济纯理论研究进行整理呈现出来,以期给读者一个完整的哈耶克。统一早期和后期两个哈耶克思想的是哈耶克一以贯之的,以演化论为隐含理论背景,探索"一个立基于自由制度基础的社会合作秩序如何可能",即"自生自发秩序"或"扩展秩序"理论。

A large number of Hayek's works have been translated in China since the 1990 s,which induced a hot Hayek trend.However,most of those are his works after 1944,and epitomized the philosophical reflection of political,legal,moral and political government of the free society which characterized Hayek's thoughts in his later life,while the early purely economics theoretical studies of Hayek was rarely involved.The new book of Professor Wei Sen introduced Hayek to the domestic audience completely that it not only reconstructed Hayek's political philosophy but also collated and presented the pure theoretical study on monetary,credit and economic cycles of earlier Hayek in order to show a wholeness of Hayek's thoughts.Integration of the earlier and later Hayek's thoughts is a consistency that Hayek pursued,that is,the theory of evolution which is implied as theoretical background to explore the theory of'how is a human cooperation order possible'which based on a free institutions,so called'spontaneous order'or'extended order of human cooperation'theory.
