摘要
我国成为高等教育大国之后,应推动高等教育内涵式发展,走以质量提升为核心的内涵发展道路。高等教育向内涵式发展转变,面临从思想观念到体制机制的种种障碍,不改革就没有出路,不触及深层次矛盾就难见成效。从内涵发展来看,许多大学在人才培养、科学研究、社会服务以及师资队伍建设等方面,还存在亟待改进的地方。大学加强内涵发展的龙头是学科与专业建设,基础是人才培养,关键是科学研究,核心是师资队伍。
As China becomes the major country of higher education, to promote the connotative development of higher education, we should take the way of connotative development with quality promotion as the core. The transformation of higher education to connotative development faces a variety of obstacles from ideological ideas to the mechanism system. It is clear that without reform, there is no way out; without touching the deep-seated problem, it is hard to see results. From the connotation development, there is need to be improved urgently in the aspects of talent training, scientific research, social service as well as the construction of teaching staff. The leading of the university to strengthen the connotation is the discipline and specialty construction, the foundation is talent training, the key is scientific research, and the core is teaching staff.
