摘要
作为一种组织行为,管理的思想与方式深刻反映其所依赖的社会与文化背景。文化有其不可阻断的继承性和延续性,其中的管理思想乃是本国传统文化的继承、发展与创新。管理理论越是能够充分体现社会的传统与文化,则管理的意义就越大。中国现代管理理论就是对中国传统文化中管理思想的梳理和升华,中国传统文化是中国现代管理理论的支撑和基石。
As an organizational behavior, deep thought and the way of management reflect the social and cultural context de- pendent. Culture has its non-blocking succession and continuity, which management ideas but inheritance, development and innovation of their traditional culture. Management theory can fully reflect the more traditional and cultural society, the greater the significance of the management. Chinese modem management theory is that the management of Chinese traditional culture and sublimation sort of thought, Chinese traditional culture is the cornerstone of Chinese support and modem management theory.
