The Evolution and Policy Framework of New Industry-agriculture and Urban-rural Relationship in China

工农城乡关系都是我国基本的经济、政治和社会关系之一,我国工农城乡关系经历了一个从互惠型到割裂型,又从恢复型到汲取型的演进过程,近年来正在逐步形成城乡一体化发展的新格局。工农城乡之间是一个极其庞大、复杂的关系系统,也是长期以来累积形成的政治、经济、社会、文化和空间关系形态的综合体系,需要从重塑文化基石、完善市场基础、健全制度安排、丰富话语体系、构筑空间格局等方面,构建全方位、立体化的政策框架。

The industry-agriculture and urban-rural Relationship is a basic economic, political and social relationship in China, which has undergone a process from reciprocal type to split type, and then from recovery type to absorbent type.
