Research on the Effect of Foreign Direct Investment

外商直接投资作为国内资本不足的一个重要补充,其作用渠道是多维的,影响效果也是复杂的。选取外商直接投资影响到的国内生产总值、总固定投资、总收入及收入分配、国际收支、就业、通货膨胀、技术进步率7个指标,结合"六五"计划到"十一五"计划数据进行理论和经验论证,得出利用外商直接投资以第九个五年计划作为分界点,之前追求数量,之后追求利用质量,并且与7个指标存在较强的相关关系。

As an important complement to the domestic shortage of capital, foreign direct investment has multidimensional action mechanism on domestic economy, and the effects of foreign direct investment are also complex. This paper chose seven main indexes including gross domestic product, gross fixed domestic investment, total income and income distribution, the balance of payments, employment, inflation and the rate of technology progress, which are impacted by foreign direct investment. Combining with the data from the sixth Five Year Plan to the eleventh Five Year Plan, the theory analysis and empirical method are applied and got results as followed： the ninth Five Year Plan may be the cut-offpoint on absorbing and using foreign direct investment, before this stage, our country care about the quantity, after this, the quality. At the same time, there isa strong correlation between foreign direct investment and the seven indexes.
