资本下乡是新时期促进农业产业化发展的重大契机和必然要求。文章梳理与比较了"资本+公司+农户"等六种资本下乡模式,提出以优势产业、特色资源、小城镇建设、产业链完善等为依托,推进农村支柱产业、特色产业、二三产业发展,不断弥补产业结构缺陷,并从规范土地流转、延伸产业链条、优化经营环境、构建新型体制、拓展融资渠道等五个方面探讨资本下乡机制建设。

Capital inflow in village is the major opportunity and inevitable requirement for agricultural industrialization development in a new era. This paper sorts and compares six kinds of capital inflow in village to support agricultural industrialization development model, such as ＂capital＋company＋farmers＂, puts forward based on the competitive industries, the characteristic resources, the construction of small town and the perfection of industrial chain, promotes the development of the rural main industry and characteristic industry, the second and tertiary industry energetically, and continues to make up the industrial structuredefects, Finally, the paper discusses the protection mechanisms of capital inflow in village from regulating land transfer, extending the industrial chain, optimizing the business environment, building the new management system and expanding the finance channels.
