摘要
针对我国"十二五"期间污染源环境形势和管理需求,在分析国内外污染源监测现状及发展趋势的基础上,提出现阶段实施污染源重金属监测技术路线的指导思想和原则、监测项目及相关技术要求等,进行了技术路线的可行性分析。
In order to meet the requirement of pollution sources monitoring and assessment during the 12th 5-Year Plan, the technique route for pollution sources monitoring in china is proposed based on the domestic and foreign pollution sources monitoring situation and development trend. It is suggested that a joint operating mode of this stage is established between the environmental protection department and enterprise. The integration framework is also built on relying on existing pollution monitoring networks and ability. The guideline should be developed through optimizing the monitoring range, frequency, records and reports, quality control measures of different monitoring mode and the paper analyzed the protective measures as well.
