珠三角地区特殊教育学校体育师资队伍现状调查与分析 被引量:3

摘要 以广东省珠三角地区17所特殊教育学校的74名特殊体育教育教师为研究对象,运用文献资料、问卷调查、访谈及数理统计等方法,对特殊教育学校体育师资队伍现状进行调查,结果显示:珠三角地区特殊教育学校体育教师数量仍显不足,兼职教师比例过高,性别比例尚可;教师学历高、年轻化、教龄短、职称低,专业结构呈现多样化;教师职业态度良好,但由于缺乏专业认可、职称晋升困难、福利待遇不高,很大程度上影响着体育师资队伍的稳定性和延续性;教师科研水平仍需提高,继续教育亟待加强;就上述问题从特殊体育师资培养、政策管理、继续教育等角度提出相应对策。 Taking 74 PE teachers of 17 special education schools in the pearl river delta region of Guangdong province as the research object, and using literature, questionnaire, interview and statistics methods, this article has probed into the actuali- ties of PE teachers in special education schools. The result shows that the number of PE teachers in special education schools in the earl river delta region is still inadequate, the ratio of part - time teachers is too high, the sex ratio of the teachers is ac- ceptable; These teachers are highly educated, younger, having short teaching age and low title, and their professional struc- ture are diversified; The teachersprofessional attitude is good, because of the lack of professional recognition and the difficulty of promotion in position and title, which largely affect the stability and continuity of the PE teaching staff;Teachersj scientific research level still needs to be improved, and it is necessary to strengthen the continuing education of the teachers. In view of above - mentioned problems, this article has put forward the corresponding countermeasures from the aspects of PE teachers of special education training, policy management and continuing education.
