摘要
探讨在运动训练中实施TARGET模式的干预对大学生运动员体育道德取向的影响。选取50名大学生篮球运动员为被试,采用心理测量的方法分别对实验组和对照组被试进行前后测。结果显示,实验干预后,学生掌握气氛、任务取向水平显著升高,而成绩气氛和自我取向没有显著变化,学生体育道德各维度指标显著改善。结论:TARGET模式的干预策略有利于营造掌握气氛,促进学生的任务取向,从而形成积极的体育道德取向。
To examine the impact of TARGET mode on college athletes＂ sportsmanship during sports training ,50 colleges＂ ath- letes were selected as subjects and were measured by Methods of psychological measurement before and after the experimental intervention. Results：after the experimental intervention, students＇mastery -oriented motivational atmosphere and task orienta- tion in the experimental group were significantly increased, but there was no significant change in performance - oriented moti- vational atmosphere and ego orientation scores of participants in the experimental group; each dimension of students＇sportsman- ship was significantly improved. Conclusion： The intervention strategies of TARGET mode were effective in creating the mas- tery - oriented motivational atmosphere, promoting task orientation and forming positive sportsmanship orientation.
