A profound understanding of the functions of campus culture in training highly qualified personnel contributes to strengthening our sense of responsibility and mission, enhancing our consciousness and initiative of promoting the construction of campus culture, which helps to unify thinking, focus intelligence, enhance the taste and quality of the construction of campus culture. The paper discusses the role campus euhure plays in cultivating highly qualified personnel.
