第八届中国经济增长与周期论坛于2014年6月28~29日在京召开,专家学者围绕“经济增速换挡与经济发展转型”主题进行了深入研讨。目前,我国经济正处于“增长速度换挡期”,正由改革开放三十年来的“高速增长期”向“中高速增长期”转换,其自身演进呈现出增长动力缺失及依赖全球化生产过程的断层,传统增长模式遇到瓶颈,经济结构深层次矛盾进一步激化。与会专家对中国经济中长期增长前景保持乐观,专家认为所谓换挡,不仅是增长速度的换挡,更应是增长质量的换挡,而成功换挡转型的根本途径唯有继续深化改革。

The Eighth Forum on China＇s Economic Growth and Business Cycle was held in Beijing from June 28 -29, 2014. The participants deeply discussed ＂the gear shift of economic growth and economic development transition＂. At present, China＇s economy is in a ＂growth speed shifting period＂. The Chinese economic growth has been switching from the ＂high speed stage＂ in the past more than 30 years since reform and opening up to a ＂neutral high speed stage＂. There is a fault between driving force for economic growth and depending on global production. The traditional growth pattern encounters a bottleneck. The conflicts in the Chinese economic structure are enforced. However, experts argued that the prospects for the Chinese economy are still optimistic. The so - called shift is not only the shift of the growth rate, but more importantly, is also the shift of growth quality. And the root way for this successful shift is deepening reform.
