区域分工对能源消费的冲击——基于省际面板SVAR分析

The Impact of Regional Division of Labor on the Energy Consumption——Based on Analysis on the Provincial Panel SVAR

中国目前处于能源消费的黄金期,能源问题在中国存在能源分布和能源消费两个非均衡问题。由于各地所处的工业化时期不同,能源消费差异较大。依据区域分工可协调的理论,提出对区域经济进行重新协调分工,可以改进能源效率、降低能源消费,并利用我国各地区的统计数据,计算出各地区位商,以区位商代表区域分工作为解释变量,能源消费比为被解释变量建立SVAR模型与SVAR脉冲响应函数,得出区域分工与能源消耗成负相关关系。

Chirm＇s current energy consumption is in the golden period, and there are two unbalanced problems in China, one is that the energy consumption is not balanced; the other is that there is different of energy consumption in different area, be- cause the industrialization of each district is different. Based on the theory of regional division of labor can be coordina- ted, this paper raises to coordination of regional economic division can improve energy efficiency and reduce energy con- sumption. In this view, and by using the regional statistics, this paper calculates the location quotient, location quotient on behalf of the regional division of labor as the explained variable, energy consumption than to be explained variable SVAR model is set up with SVAR impulse response function, it is concluded that regional division of labor and a nega- tive correlation relationship with energy consumption.
