新农村建设对于我国建成富强民主文明和谐的社会主义现代化国家、实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦这一战略目标具有重要意义。日本农村振兴运动的经验与教训对我国新农村建设有着重要启示。我国新农村建设可以从四个方面进行:发展农业产业化、重视农民的教育、重视立法在农村发展中的作用、完善养老保障制度。

The new rural construction has important significance for building our country into a prosperous, democratic, civilized and harmonious modern socialist country and achieving the strategic goal of China Dream about the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. A series of experiences and lessons in Japan＇s Rural Revitalization Movement provide important inspiration to the new rural construction in China, which can be carried out from the following aspects： develop the agricultural industrialization, attach importance to the farmer＇s education and rural legislation and improve the rural social security system.
