众筹的本土化发展探索

Localized Innovation of Crowdfunding

众筹在中国已呈现快速发展之势。但市场各方对众筹的理解各异,甚至出现一些误区。法律和监管规则仍不明朗,行业整体上处于摸索试探期。本文剖析了当前存在的误区及蕴含的风险,提出从投资者保护和发展、行业定位和产业链建设、市场监管和培育三个方面进行众筹的本土化创新。本文强调了本土化创新的意义,并指出行业参与者与监管者应合作互动,共同探索行业发展的本土化道路。

Crowdfunding has shown a rapid expansion in China. However, there are different opinions and even some misunderstandings on what crowdfunding really is. Meanwhile, the relevant law and regulation rules are not clear yet. The whole industry is still under exploratory stage. This paper analyses typical misunderstandings and underlying risks and proposes innovation work on three aspects： investor protection and development, industry orientation and construction, and market supervision and cultivation. It particularly emphasizes the significance of localized innovation, as well as cooperative interaction between market participants and regulators.
