摘要
本文着眼于新旧中国的对比,论述了新中国65年来在发展经济方面取得的伟大成就;指出总结这些成就是坚持"三个自信"的一个重要认识基础。接着分析了改革后在发展经济方面取得了比改革前更为伟大的成就,但直到2012年中国经济并没有完全转到科学发展的轨道上来。在党的十八大以后,在新的中央领导集体领导下,才开始实行了这种转变。这就是现阶段中国经济发展的新走势,这同时意味着"新常态"的到来。
By focusing on the comparison of the old and new China,this paper elaborates the great achievements of economic develop since the establishment of the People ’s Republic of China,suggesting that summing up these achievements is one of the important ideological ways to understand and adhere to the confidence in China socialist path, theories and system.However,the economy in China did not develop scientifically until 2012,after the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,forming the new collective leadership.Therefore,it represents the new trend of economic development in China at present,as well as the coming of the new normal.
