摘要
印度对研究生教育评估寓于院校评估和专业认证之中,评估机构以半政府机构为主,评估形式以院校自我评估与外部评估相结合。但这种制度的形成不是偶然的,而是经历了近200年的变迁,其背后存在政治、经济和文化的三重逻辑。通过对印度研究生教育评估制度变迁的描述及逻辑分析,可以为我国相关制度的建立与完善提供某些启示。
In India, graduate education evaluation is included in higher education institutions' assessment and professional certification, which is mainly carried out by semi-governmental institutions, combining internal evaluation with external ones. This institutional formation has not been an accident, but experienced a long process of nearly 200 years, behind which is the triple logic of politics, economy and culture. There are significant similarities between China and India, and therefore we can get some enlightenment through analyzing the logic of Indian graduate education evaluation institution change.
