摘要
本研究在控制词频的基础上,通过句子组合任务,探讨语义和形态对中国学生习得英语心理使役动词的影响。结果显示,语义和形态都发挥了重要作用,语义影响通过母语迁移发挥作用,形态影响通过目标语输入发挥作用。研究结果验证了Zhang(2007)对心理使役动词分类的合理性,并支持"语义突显层级模型",不支持"接口假说"。
Utilizing a sentence combination task and controlling for word frequency, this study investigates the effects of semantics and morphology on the acquisition of English psych causative verbs by Chinese EFL learners. The results show that both semantics and morphology have strong effects. Semantic effects are reflected by language transfer, and morphological effects work via input of the target language. These findings confirm Zhang's(2007) classification of psych causative verbs and support the Semantic Saliency Hierarchy Model, but disconfirm the Interface Hypothesis.
