摘要
计划力、执行力和反思力是学习监控能力的核心要素。调研结果显示,硕士研究生在此三项能力方面的表现并非乐观。笔者从学习动机的失衡、学习指导的失实和学习对象的失察三个方面分析问题出现的原因,并以此为突破口探讨提升硕士生学习监控能力的有效途径。
Reflection on the planning and execution and reflections is the core element of self-regulated learning ability. Research results showed that the master graduate student in the 3 items ability performance is not optimistic. This paper presented the causes of the problem by the imbalance of learning motivation, the lack of concrete learning guidance and real understanding of students,then in response to these problems come up with effective solutions.
