偶然事件与大学生职业决策 被引量:1

摘要 人们的职业决策并不是绝对理性的,关注偶然事件与理性决策并不矛盾。大学生活中存在着大量的偶然事件,这些偶然事件也会影响到学生的职业决策。因此,大学生职业决策时应关注偶然事件,做好准备,积极行动,创造机会,以开放的心态面对偶然事件,把握偶然事件所带来的机遇。
