摘要
利用探索性因素分析和验证性因素分析,构建基金会秘书长胜任力结构模型。结果表明,基金会秘书长胜任力模型可归为一般管理、组织管理、员工管理、自我管理和沟通协作5个因子,并由20个胜任力指标构成。
Exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis were employed to build the competence model of these cretary-generals of the Foundation. The conclusions show that the competency model of secretary-general of the Foundation is composed of five dimensions ： general management, leading the organization, leading people and communication and collaboration. These five dimensions include 20 competence indicators.
