摘要
设计家庭友好组织文化效果的作用机理模型,以效果衡量为核心,探讨实施家庭友好组织文化在员工、企业、市场、财务等四个方面的预期影响,开发出多层次评估指标体系,提出以后研究和实践的思路、方法和建议。
This paper focuses on the effectiveness measurement,builds a family-friendly organizational culture model, discusses the expected impacts of such culture on employees, organization, market, and finance, originally proposes a multi-level index system of the effectiveness measurement, and implies the directions, methods and suggestions for future research.
