摘要
分析了项目间的交互效应在项目组合中产生及影响的机理,使用交互效应矩阵,分别从资源、收益和技术3个维度,对交互效应进行度量,提出了引用临界质量(Critical Mass)度量技术的交互效应。定量地说明了三种交互效应各自和共同作用对项目组合成本、收益及风险的影响,通过度量项目组合前后的风险及收益差距,将项目组合关系分为共赢型、风险偏好型、收益偏好型、俱损型及中立型。通过案例将度量和分类的方法应用于实践。
The generation and influence mechanism of interaction effects between projects are analyzed. This paper portfolio interaction effects are measured from three aspects of resource, benefit and outcome by using the interaction effect matrix. Especially, the critical mass is also used to measure the interaction effects of outcome. The impact of three interactions on the cost, profit and risk is measured respectively and jointly. The relationship of project portfolio is classified- into win-win type, risk-preference type, benefit-preference type, lose-lose type and neutral type based on the difference quantity of risk and benefit after the oroiects are combined. This method of measurement and classification is apolied to a case.
