摘要
建设21世纪海上丝绸之路,是新时期我国深化改革开放的重大举措,务必从我国国家未来发展战略的高度来把握这条曾经的文明、和平与开放之路,并赋予其时代内涵与价值。建设21世纪海上丝绸之路,是促进国内经济转型发展,扩大、优化对外开放格局的动力源之一,是深化全球发展区域化,建立国际经济政治新秩序的重大战略部署,同时也是提升中华民族文化软实力,增强我国国际影响力的重要途径。建设21世纪海上丝绸之路,特别要注意海上丝绸之路经贸功能、构建国际新秩序功能和文化软实力功能的发挥。
The construction of the 21st century maritime Silk Road is a major step toward reform and open to the outside world during the new era .We should understand this road to civilization ,peace and openness from the perspective of our country＆#39;s future development strategy ,and add to times its signifi-cance and value .The construction of the 21st century maritime Silk Road is an impetus to promote domes-tic economic restructuring ,expand and optimize the opening pattern ,and is an important strategy for deepening the regional development and establishing a new international economic and political order .It is also the important way of enhancing the soft power of Chinese culture and expanding the international in-fluence of our country .In the construction of the 21st century maritime Silk Road we should pay special at-tention to its functions of trade ,establishing a new international order ,and cultural soft power .
