韩国政府对韩国电视剧产业国际化经营的支持

A Study on Korean Governmental Support of Internationalized Management of Korean TV Drama Industry

今年韩国电视剧《来自星星的你》的热播引发了新一轮韩流的汹涌,韩流作为与日本、中国经济飞速发展齐名的"亚洲经济奇迹",第三次拯救了韩国经济,使韩国摆脱了亚洲金融危机,避免了"陷入中等收入国家的陷阱",实现了经济增长方式的转变,顺利过渡到了发达资本主义国家阶段。韩国文化产业的振兴及韩流在亚洲的风靡固然有多方面的原因,但韩国政府对代表韩流的电视剧产业的国际化经营的卓有成效的支持是韩流形成的重要原因。"他山之石,可以攻玉"。探讨韩国政府对文化产业的支持策略和政策对推动我国文化产业的发展是不无裨益的。韩国政府对韩剧产业国际化经营的支持具有顶层设计高屋建瓴、行政管理集中统一、财政支援切实可行等特点,值得中国政府借鉴。

The telecast of South Korean TV drama series My Love from the Star produced a new surge of Korean Wave （hallyu） this year. Hallyu, as one Asian economic miracle, which is equally famous with Japan＇s and China＇s high economic growth, saved Korean economy for the third time, rid South Korea of the Asian Finance Crisis and avoid falling into the trap of mid-revenue countries, and realize the transition of economic increasing pattern. South Korea smoothly grew into a developed country. The vigorous development of Korean cultural industry and hallyu vogue in Asia has multiple reasons, but Korean governmen- tal effective support of the internationalization of TV drama industry is one undoubtedly very significant cause. A study on Korean government＇s support strategy and policy to cultural industry is rather valuable for China to propel its development of cultural industry. The Korean governmental support possesses fol- lowing characteristics： wise decision from top, centralized and unified administrative management, and practicable and feasible fiscal support, etc.
