基于博洛尼亚进程的英国高等教育学分积累与转换体系述评

An Overview of Credit Accumulation and Transfer Policy and Practice in UK's Higher Education under the Bologna Process

摘要 缘于博洛尼亚进程,英国高校在欧洲的影响力不断提升。文章对欧洲高等教育区建设背景下的英国现行学分转换制度及实施情况予以综合述评,主要集中在以下三个问题:欧洲学分积累与转换体系在英国的执行情况,英国对于博洛尼亚进程所做之承诺是否兑现及其实现程度,英国各地区间学分转换体系有何区别。文章还就英国高等教育学分积累与转换政策对其资格框架、学生流动性及教育成本的影响予以分析。 This article presents an overview of the current policies and practices in higher education institutions across the UK in relation to credit accumulation and transfer. It mainly discusses three questions: the current situation regarding the implementation of the European Credit Transfer and Accumulation System in the UK; the degrees of commitment to the implementation of the Bologna Process and its outcome; the differences as regards credit accumulation and transfer between different regions of the UK. It also analyzes the impact of these policies and practices on UK' s higher education qualification frameworks, student mobility and educational costs.
