多维视角下的我国高职教师专业化发展 被引量:17

Professional Development of Chinese Higher Vocational College Teachers in Multi-levels and Multi-perspectives Observation

摘要 教师专业化发展问题涉及专业伦理、专业知识(层次)、专业实践及专业地位等多个方面。高职教师专业化所体现的这些方面的发展明显受制于其不同层次社会性活动范围所带来的直接要求。教师专业伦理的建构应当基于日常教学活动中的师生互动,融入一般社会伦理的要求,秉持教育即服务的核心理念;专业层次的定位应当基于整个职教体系的把握,走专业教学标准化与国际化相结合的道路;专业实践的深化应当基于跨界工作的长期锻炼;专业地位的提高应当基于分工条件下社会合作水平的充分发挥。 The development issue of teacherspecialization, which is an unstoppable trend, usually involves trious aspects such as ethics, knowledge level, practice and the status of an academic domain. The development 'each aspect is apparently subject to the immediate requirement from the different levels in their social :tivities. To sum up, its construction in professional ethics should be based on the interaction between teachers ld students in daily teaching activities, which blends in general requirements of social ethics, upholding the core :inciple that to educate students is to serve students. The position of each profession level should be taken into ;count in the background of the whole vocational teaching system, combining teaching standardization and ternalization. Further development of professional practice should be on the basis of enduring training, which bans different fields. The status of a profession should be promoted on the condition that the level of ~llaboration be fully played under society labor division.
