摘要
本文对痴呆症(智退症)临床语言使用障碍的相关研究做文献梳理。根据国际上对痴呆症研究的最新成果,本文首先提议用"智退症"来翻译英文的dementia。接着介绍智退症,特别是阿尔茨海默型智退症的全球状况。然后讨论语言使用障碍及其评测参数表在阿尔茨海默型智退症六个阶段中的相关性。文章重点阐述:(1)智退症临床语言使用障碍研究的语言学背景——临床语言学;(2)智退症临床语言使用障碍的研究方法;(3)智退症临床语言使用障碍的主要特征。最后指出今后的研究方向。
The paper presents a survey of frameworks in researching language impairments in AD patients. It first argues for the Chinese term zhitui zheng( 智退症) to replace the existing translation chidai zheng( 痴呆症). Then it outlines an overall picture of dementias and AD dementia in particular in a global context. The role MSE and MMSE play in clinical diagnosis of language impairments is also examined. The bulk of the paper explores( 1) clinical linguistics as the theoretical backdrop of dementia studies,( 2) research methods of AD patients' discourse,and( 3) features of language impairments in AD patients. Directions for future research are discussed to conclude the paper.
